'High Spy' has recently been involved in a flood defence survey of the river Trent, running through the heart of Nottingham. Whilst the vertical survey was given to a full size helicopter and the horizontal taken from
a river boat. 'High Spy' gave for the first time a high resolution survey of the bank and flood
defences, with an angle of 45 degrees. This gives the area within each image dimension unobtainable via the other two techniques.
All the vertical images are to be ortho rectified, stitched and used as reference to scroll and zoom into the close up images provided by the 'high spy' and the horizontal survey. The high resolution allows for the
smallest detail to be visually assessed.
We will place more information on this, when it becomes available.
